During Excelta’s 42nd Anniversary in August 9, 2009, the President Jose G. Fineza Jr. announced the creation of a new corporation which will be given the title, role and privilege of being Excelta’s National Franchisee. In October 19 of the same year, the Securities and Exchange Commission issued the registration certificate of Super Nova Safety Products Inc (SNSPI). In the early part of 2010, the incorporators of SNSPI were joined by the new Directors, Johnny Zalamea, Reummel Sison and Jo-ann Fineza. In March 24-26, 2010, along with Mr. Fire Extinguisher, SNSPI attended and participated in the 37th National Safety Organization of the Philippines (SOPI) Convention held at Manila Grand Opera Hotel, Manila, ushering in SNSPI’s soft introduction to the local firefighting industry.
